Kreuzlingen and Lake Constance

Kreuzlingen sits directly on Lake Constance (Bodensee) at the point where Switzerland meets Germany. The lake is one of Central Europe's largest, and the surrounding region — with the Swiss Alps visible to the south — is extraordinarily beautiful in late April as spring arrives.

The town is easily accessible from Zurich (about 1.5 hours by train), Stuttgart, and Munich. The border with the German town of Konstanz is essentially seamless, effectively doubling the amenities and accommodation options available to conference attendees.
